Mask Shipping and Return Policy

  • For hygiene reasons, all mask purchases are final
  • Please allow 1-2 processing days prior to shipment
  • Tracking number information will be provided in a confirmation email
  • Standard tax-rates and VAT apply
  • International Shipping Rates are calculated by country
  • Ship times vary by country but range between 5-14 days

Activewear Shipping and Return Policy

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment
  • Activewear is eligible for free returns within 30 days of purchase (with tags still attached). Please email info@yoga-society.com with your order number and items to return to begin the return process. 
  • Tracking number information will be provided in a confirmation email.

Yoga Accessories

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment

Candle Shipping and Return Policy

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment
  • All candle purchases are final

Mask Chain Return Policy

  • Mask chains can be returned under the following conditions
    • Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of delivery date.
    • The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
    • The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization.
  • We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, heavily worn, lost or damaged due to user error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return. If received return is mishandled, heavily worn, or damaged the customer is ineligible for a refund or store credit and has forfeit the item.
  • Yoga Society is NOT responsible for any items that are late, lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.
